# Guardsix Acquires Logmanager

**The combination of two complementary solutions creates a strong European cybersecurity player with the ambition to strengthen Europe’s technological sovereignty and offer an alternative to U.S. cybersecurity platforms.**

**Prague / Copenhagen, August 11, 2026** – [Guardsix](https://guardsix.com) is developing a platform that combines key capabilities for modern cybersecurity, including SIEM, NDR, and SOAR. These capabilities directly complement Logmanager’s strengths in [log management and analysis](https://logmanager.com/solutions/log-management/). The acquisition aims to leverage both technological and business synergies to provide European companies with a cybersecurity solution that is accessible, easy to use, supported by local experts, and keeps data within Europe.

Logmanager was founded in 2014. With a team of more than 30 people in Prague and Brno, the company serves 400 customers, primarily across Central Europe. Following the acquisition, Logmanager’s current management team will reinvest a significant portion of its equity in Guardsix and continue to play an active role in the company’s future development.

*“Logmanager has a strong position in Central Europe, while Guardsix is well established in Western Europe, so joining forces and building something bigger is a natural next step. From a product perspective, this is a major step forward for us, as our customers will gain direct access to capabilities that complement Logmanager. Guardsix, in turn, will strengthen its position in the Central European market and expand its portfolio with a proven solution for log management and analysis,”* says Jiří Tobola, CEO of Logmanager.

Logmanager is the market leader in log management solutions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Over the past three years, the company has quadrupled its revenue, which is expected to exceed CZK 130 million this year, launched its international expansion, and significantly accelerated product development.

This growth has also been supported by strengthening the company’s leadership team with Jiří Tobola (CEO), Luboš Lunter (CPTO), Artur Kane (CMO), and Jan Kalabus (Channel Sales Director). All four previously worked at Flowmon Networks, one of the Czech Republic’s most successful university spin-offs, which was acquired by U.S.-based Progress in 2021. They will now bring this experience to Guardsix.

*“Logmanager has solved a real problem for a customer segment that has historically been underserved,”* said Mikkel Drucker, CEO of Guardsix, commenting on the acquisition. *“We are gaining a strong position in Central Europe, access to an established network of local resellers and distributors, and a customer base that complements our presence in other markets.”*

During the integration period, Logmanager will continue to operate under its existing brand and with its current team. All customer contracts and service terms will remain unchanged. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
