New Tool, Better Integration
We’ve migrated to a modern ticket management platform integrated with our internal systems. This upgrade allows us to have a comprehensive view of all your tickets, making support requests easier to handle. We can now track tickets associated with specific devices or partners/customers, enabling us to respond more quickly and address your queries more effectively.
Emails Remain; Introducing the New Support Portal
Our email addresses, support@logmanager.com and help@logmanager.com, are still available. After submitting a request, you’ll receive a confirmation of the ticket creation. Now, however, you also have the option to use our new portal at support.logmanager.com.
Through the portal, you can view not only your tickets but also those of your colleagues within your organization, including tickets created in the previous system. Just re-register, as previous login credentials are no longer valid.
Whether you prefer email or the portal, both channels are fully synchronized. Email responses will appear directly on the portal in the associated ticket, so you can switch from email to the portal during the resolution process as it suits you.
New Phone Number for Urgent Cases
For added convenience, we’ve reactivated our phone number: +420 511 444 939. Our specialists are available every working day from 8:00 to 16:00. If the line is busy, you may leave a message in the voicemail. However, for less urgent cases, we encourage you to contact us in writing.
Your Feedback Matters to Us
After a ticket is closed, you’ll receive a confirmation along with a request for feedback on your experience. We greatly value your feedback, which we regularly monitor and assess to further improve our services.
